What you need to know about custom ordering: There are three options for custom carpets. Any existing Current Carpet design can be modified to your requirements. Together we can design a custom carpet for you. If you have a design of your own, Current Carpets can make your patterns and tuft it for you. Current Carpets has the capacity to work with your project from inception. We can help you plan carpets from house and building blueprints, furniture drawings, photographs and color swatches. Custom carpets are priced the same as all Current Carpets and include free delivery within the continental United States and Canada.
The process: The process of designing a custom carpet uniquely for your environment is an enjoyable one. It starts with discussions of your space, color preferences, lifestyle, furniture, personal style and decorating style. Ideas are developed, test drawings are made and reviewed. When you are happy with the design, it goes into production.How long does it take? Producing your custom carpet once the design hasbeen approved by you takes six to eight weeks.When is payment due? A deposit of 50% is required to begin production.The balance is due when the carpet is completed and leaves the CurrentCarpets workroom to be delivered.What materials are available? Traditionally carpets are tufted from licensed New Zealand wool in the United States. Current Carpets also offers impeccable inlaid, custom woven 100% nylon carpets, commercial quality wool and nylon carpets as well as commercial quality 3M matting in custom designs. We also design and tuft custom wall-to-wall carpet. Wall-to-wall carpet does not include installation.
